Rockell has been sharing her love of Pilates and movement for over 20 years.
Her professional dance career started with her debut at the iconic ‘Moulin Rouge’ in Paris at the age of 18. This was followed by countless performances internationally as a commercial dancer, actress and model.
She is an internationally recognized trainer certified in STOTT Pilates on all apparatus since 2004 and also certified in Barre, TRX, Pre/ Post Natal Care and Whole Body Vibration. Rockell also is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
In 2010 Rockell joined the Xtend Barre team in the USA as their International Director and grew the brand to over 60 international locations along with creating various Continuing Education Programs and presenting online videos.
Rockell has been a presenter at Conferences such as FIBO in Germany, IDEA in USA, PMA in USA and presented education trainings in Europe, Asia, Middle East, USA, Australia and New Zealand.
Rockell is the International Program Director for Hypervibe, building out their Foundation Training and Education programs for Instructors and Therapists.
With a passion for movement from a very young age, she has been involved with many studio's around the world and most recently owned Vibrant Body Studio on the Sunshine Coast. Now residing in the Lockyer Valley she is excited to share her passion for movement with integrity for every body and every age at locations across the Valley.
When she isn’t teaching you can find her on adventures with her 3 kids, her husband or out with their horses.
Mat Pilates
Rockell stays true to the Pilates Method while also drawing on years of experiences from her dance background.
Exercises are layered throughout the 40 minute session to move your body in every direction creating balance, strength and flexibility. The Classes are open level and able to be advanced or modified for most every client.

There is nothing like Pilates for keeping the body mobile and Rockell’s over 55’s class is the perfect way to feel all the benefits of Pilates with an extra focus on balance, bone strength and a good dose of fun.
